A nice size and well-equipped rooms, service-oriented staff in good customer service.

I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with even table and rainfall shower, as example. I had an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Truly enjoyed that it was minutes from a metro station.

The setting was quite GREAT within easy reach of a public park.

Location of the hotel was very convenient: there was a 7/11 directly opposite the hotel as well and Kitahama station was also very close to the hotel. Hotel room facilities were top notch, clean and convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Neat and soundproof room, had a such great stay on next time visit. Perfect facilities and exceptionally comfortable beds. Location not far from main train stations such as those on the JR line which would have been more convenient, great subway access and Umeda, Namba, or Shinsaibashi area which are the main shopping and restaurant areas
